By accessing or using LiveStore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

LiveStore is an eCommerce platform that enables sellers to create online stores, manage products, process orders, and handle payments. We provide tools for storefront customization, order management, and integrations with third-party marketplaces.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Fees and Payment

Our Pay-Per-Use plan charges RM2 per successful order paid by your customers. Automated billing occurs every RM50 accumulated. Monthly subscription plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on LiveStore, you agree to:

• List accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and support professionally

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on LiveStore are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it in connection with our services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Sell illegal or restricted products
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Abuse or harass other users or our staff

8. Limitation of Liability

LiveStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
