How to Set Up Your Livestore Account & Storefront

Master your store configuration in 6 easy steps: set up your business details, integrate payment gateways, enable MyParcelAsia shipping, auto-import products with AI, and launch your custom storefront.
Welcome to Livestore
Starting an e-commerce business or transitioning from marketplace-only selling (Shopee, TikTok) to your own branded storefront should be simple, fast, and profitable.
Livestore is built specifically for Malaysian sellers to handle direct payments, shipping label generation, AI product sourcing, and high-converting single-page order forms.

Step 1: Complete Account & Business Setup
Before receiving payments or generating courier waybills, you must complete your seller profile and bank details:
- Store Name & Description: The public brand title displayed on your buyer invoices.
- SSM / Business IC Number: Required for legal merchant identification and payment gateway compliance.
- WhatsApp Phone Number: Allows buyers to reach your support team directly.
- Bank Settlement Account: Where automated payouts are deposited when orders are paid.

Step 2: Set Up Payment Methods
Livestore supports both automated payment gateways and direct manual payments:
Automated Gateways
Connect Billplz, ToyyibPay, Stripe, HitPay, CHIP, or QrPay. Payments are automatically verified in real time.
Direct Bank / DuitNow QR
Display your store QR code or bank account number on checkout for buyers to transfer directly.

Step 3: Connect MyParcelAsia Shipping Sync
To automate shipping fee calculation and print courier shipping labels with 1 click, connect MyParcelAsia under Integrations:
- Go to Integrations (`/integration`) and click Connect MyParcelAsia.
- Configure your default courier preferences (e.g. J&T Express, Aramex, Pos Laju).
- Choose your preferred AWB format (Thermal A6 sticker label or standard A4 paper).

Step 4: Add Products with AI & 1-Click URL Importer
Livestore offers 3 fast methods to populate your product catalog using supplier links or Gemini AI:

Step 5: Customize Storefront & Subdomain
Choose a clean store subdomain link (e.g. yourbrand.livestore.my), select storefront
themes, and upload promotional banners.

Step 6: Launch Product Order Forms & Sales Pages
For high-converting ad campaigns (TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads), create single-product Order Form landing pages.
